Hello all. How can I change the premium speed potion rates?
I want to make it forever use after one use.
I wrote the potion rates in Tskill and Titem Tcd-s but nothing changed.
So what I want to do: Premium speed potion do what GM speed potion do, but not thats rates.

Change type to the same of the GM Potions and change the value to a lower one for a slower speed increase.
