[HELP]Problems with login process.

Hi i have a problem with my server if you can help it can be very friendly.
First of all;

So when i try to login, in my taccount userid and swpassword is for exemple id:*** pw:xxx123 when i log in dont work said bad ID.
But if the account is id:*** pw:*** work so if userid=pw it's work ...

By the way on website with userid=/pw you can log in .

Then,

Second problem, is at markut you can crash (window error) but all the time next to the bank but just at markut on kether works fine ...

If you know how fix the problem said me pleas .
