SQL Problem!

Hallo Community,

ich möchte für mich und meinen Cousin einen 4Story Pserver über Hamachi erstellen und wie es oben schon steht habe ich ein Problem bei der Installation von SQL Server 2008 R2!

Da kommt nämlich beim Ausführen der runtergeladenen Exe folgendes Problem:

Ich bitte um dringende Hilfe habe mich schon dumm gegoogelt und finde einfach nicht die Lösung habe auch Sachen probiert mit irgendwelchen Service Packs aber nix ist... naja hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen!

Hi, you should press "Run the program without getting help", it'll hopefully start.

Das habe ich schon Probiert - blöd bin ich nicht.

Aber wenn ich das so mache wie du sagtest dann gibts ein error bei der Installation.

Don't worry, although my german knowledge is poor, I can barely understand german.
Well then, I suggest you to use an other version of MS SQL, or switch to Windows Server 2008 R2, or 2003.
From where have you downloaded the installation media? Maybe try redownloading or downloading it from somewhere else.

It most likely will be a compatibility issue (as the message says it too) between your OS and MS SQL. I definitely don't recommend running a 4story server on Windows 8, however if you don't want to break away from windows 8's new "modern ui", you could try using Windows Server 2012.
If you're planning to run this server on your own PC, install one of the windows servers inside a virtual machine.
