Preview Admin/GM tool

I have started this project now 4 days ago ....
This is not finished , i need more ideas for new functions. I made the a small system of logs integrate in TCTRL...
Exemple:

Adrian kicked Darius

(Kick,Teleport,Announce.... etc... aleardy i have dll for these functions)

The dll. is actually made by me not by Darkie. Darkie only helped you to set it up

I would change: "Adrian gave kick to Darius" to: "Adrian kicked Darius"
