[Project] Auto message sender

Hello, this post is used to follow an auto message sender project

- language used : c#
- used in approximately one month
- published on this post when it works

Different uses:

- He will manage the received message in admin chat at connection

- He will manage the received message in admin and information chat has fixed hours or every x minutes

- It may also send letters to all connected users with choice of faction

- It can also program a restart will be automatically notified ten minutes in advance

And do you know how to emulate the connection to the services?

Yes, but I just have one problem error on Visual studio 2013 so I code it on 2003
