Question PHP Register on host

well with the help of stotterer09 and D4rkF1ght7r

i create buttons that people can download my server !
i have the php register script from RedSwag !!
and i upload both of them (download and register) on a site (with host and domain) !! it was like this :
When i click the download.php i saw that : all fine !!
But when i click the register.php i see nothing ! what is the problem ? ()
