Read the Spoiler
1- Right Click the file with .exe and click open (or you can just double click it. check if it will works)
2- When a window come. click Open Cmd or something like that.
3- Write the Path of TCMD. for example C:\Lost+Brain\MyNoobServer\TClientCmd.tif
4- Find a Item that you want to edit.
5- Edit it.
6- Save and Close Application
Who created this tool. forgot to add a important thing. Duplicate/Create New.
