That's kinda senseless. When you work with a team and knows that these guys are on the same level as you, you won't have that mind. If you figure out that the other devs have no idea what they're actually doing, you could easily quit this programming party without any care that somebody will steal your code and use it in an other way.

That's a very good idea. There are (was) a lot of 4Story projects in the last two years, but all of these projects get stopped one time, because the owner lose his interest or couldn't fix major bugs. (actually 4story Eden Global for e.g.). So a alliance of developers could be senseful, but it's also important that nobody get deceived. Because of this I like the idea of Tension and a access limitiation to this website could avoid that somebody steal things.
