Error Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library help !

I am here to announce this is an error, so infact I turn on my game 4Story and I get an error that says "Error Microsoft Visual C + + Runtime Library ..."

And I can not find a solution to this problem could you help me thank you from you all.

So your thread isn`t really corect post here but however.
