4Story 3.5 or 3.9 Server Files + WebSite

I have a small request, can someone give me 4Story Good server files 3.5 or 3.9 and a website that I do not mess up the database. I want to start a server of 4Story and put it on a host and time to populate it but first I need a little help to start this project and there is no one to help me first.
I've tried to do it myself but I'm not going 4Story times Launcher or met various errors in the database or service. So if anyone agrees and believes that and who can give me good server files a website as good as I start a project just I'm a little beginner and do not know them all, I have several friends who help me with what they can but no not pretty good.
