You can't create your own items, without editing clientside files.

For Make a new Item you need to edit tcd files, and maybe other file in client but i don't know xD
Later you make it in your Database and Start Server

I discovered,tcd files is compressed with pDX (product Data Exchange) (i think), and if someone know how to discompress this (for know how dbc works), please release it us/me

Tcd file have two columns (i think lol) ID and Value.

Weom showed me by Skype, he actually can edit those .tcd files, I guess it is by a command shell or something.
