Manager tool, also called Web tool is not contained in released files. Nexon has original version from Zemi, I dont know if anyone has access to it. EG has some ****** thing which they created, P4story has it own, it‘s creation is based on screenshots from this guide.

I know that Nexon has it because I've been using it, and this is not the one which I was using. :P

EDIT: Just saw that it is written 'Opora4s', but I know that it's not the newest
