The answer is given in your question. ""Database Connection Error!"... so your database cofiguration seems to be wrong. check this and try it again.

But at least i have to give you a tip, when you don´t have much knowledge then please ignore the p-server creation and play at other servers like eg, nexon, odin etc.

My server function very good, and before I used very well to this cms. I have create a new server on my new computer. The server funtion but the site doesn't work.
Please bring something interesting.

This is not a cms, is a register script

Maybe u don't installed correctly ODBC things, or SQL Server idk OR not configured db.config.php

this script is not good, i creating a nice register script with a anti sql injection function, i'm not good in php but i'm trying and finishing, is not recommended to use it. but i don't know if i release my new register script.

change the password for the login (sa) and then try again.
