Cheat Engine, commonly abbreviated as CE, is an open source memory scanner/hex editor/debugger created by Eric Heijnen ("Dark Byte") for the Windows operating system.
You don't have to download another program. Instead of using the debugger with 'Find out what...' you can use the 'Pointer scan for this address' function (noobish, but fast).

Eigentlich nicht, habe die Pointer aber nur unter den deutschen Bezeichnungen gespeichert. Vor allem habe ich wirklich nur deutsche Bezeichnungen verwendet, da die Liste eigentlich auch nur für den "Privatgebrauch" gedacht ist. Mit einem Übersetzer sollte man sich allerdings zurechtfinden, da es fast nur einzelne Wörter sind und diese noch gut übersetzt werden.
