Error With 4Story EG

Hi guys, just finished installing 4Story EG, when I open it I get this error:

I did not even open and no cheat programs that could hinder the game.
I also tried to disable antivirus but nothing ...

Pls solve this error <. <

PS: But it's better the EG, the VN or the Global? (I just used the EG)
