EG New patch ban?

Hello ... I have a problem!

In the new patch of 4story[EG]
I see at the rules you can ban now from hack?
Is that correct? So now the hacks are not legal? :/
Plz i need your help

The hacks were never "legal".
But the GMs won't ban you when you hack there.
