Well I'm not really playing on Core4S just wanted to mess a bit around with the Tcd files for example mass revive, all skills while running, infinite range sublime, like the good old days

I dont like the multihit that much, because with it it's just obvious you are using modified TCD files, unlike some other subtle changes

Hey u can only change the same data, u cant change the size of TCD file. Try it again.

Dont worry I'm not new to this, but I didnt change the size, only wanted to try all warrior skills while running and it got detected

Tried your TCD @op, it is okay, but why you dont change it so that you dont have to have any targets to use multihit? Some of your changes are redundant and could be changed waaay easier.
And why not change the skills so you can use them while running?

I'm working already on it, but it takes a bit time because there is a lot of skills and I'm not all the time at home
