I have a question, i've downloaded the file, placed it on the 4story folder and i dont understand the injection part, could you explain it?

well you need a programm which injects the dll, you downloaded.
you can use for example cheat engine, or PerX (i propose that programm).select the dll which has to be injected and the process. first start the programm, afterwards 4story. the programm should inject the dll automatically and when you are ingame by pressing F11 the Packet Editor should open

Sorry to say that but if you aren't able to open it or understand for what/how to use it, then it's nothing special for because this is for people who have atleast some experience in hacking ( i won't spoonfeed you ).

ich habe noch eine frage, die packete die noch verschlüsselt sind kann man ja mit der bruteforce methode knacken. bei manchen packeten geht das sehr schnell,bei anderen tut sich "gar nichts". Bricht das Programm irgendwann damit ab, oder rechnet er im Hintergrund noch und versucht es zu entschlüsseln und es dauert einfach lange?
hat man da realistische chancen die trotzdem zu knacken?

Auf das Problem bin ich auch gestoßen aber konnte es nicht lösen, das Programm kann diese Packets nicht knacken wieso auch immer :/

wie schätzt du die chance ein gebannt zu werden, wenn man packete sendet?sowas wie buff packete z.b.
hat 4story irgendwelche automatischen erkennungen laufen?(bisher läuft mein acc noch normal )

wenn man permanent pakete schickt (so 4 pro sekunde) stürzt das Spiel recht schnell ab (2-3 min) gibt es da eine lösung für?

This is caused by the "sequence" which increases everytime a packet got sent. You need to encrypt/decrypt every package to increase its sequence (no idea how to do that).
