Add AutoPill Address as a 4byte set it to 1.
Auto Pill Address + 4 is the HP amount and + 8 is the Chi ammount
They are done in *100 as a precent so for 50% set them to 5 for 100% set them to 10. *Note you will need to alter some code in the code address part to get 100% autopill. Remember Addresses are in hex hence the letters. You can use the windows caculator to work it out. Go Scientific under view or code/programmer

I have done a tutorial elsewhere on here for that but I will explain it a little anyway.
Click Memory View in cheat engine you should see up the top part a code window with a whole heap of "strange" things asm code is shown.
Right click in the code window *its the one at the top with Address Bytes Opcode Comment etc. And select goto. Put in the Auto Pill Code address 4be7f0 Click ok
You will see something like this

004BE7F3 - 83 ec 10 - sub esp,10

Drag out the Bar between Opcode and Comment to see more of each line.
You are looking for one that has the HP value address which again is Auto Pill Address 10b5964+4 So that is 10b5968 followed by a 05 remember 05 = 50% in this code.
The full line looks like this
004BE878 - 83 3d 68 59 0b 01 05 - cmp dword ptr [010b5968],05 : 00000000
Simply double click the cmp dword ptr part and change the 05 to 0A *remember we are dealing in hexidecimal 0A in hex = 10 in dec*
Further down there is one for the chi value too which is the address from above for the hp value + 4
Here is the code line

Between them there is

Dont get fooled by it its not the line we want see no 010b596c.
So change it to have 0A instead.

A little bit about ASM Opcode's
cmp means Compare
things with a J at the start are jumps they can be conditional or just jump straight to that code
dec means decrese
inc means increse
nop means no operation do nothing *this is common to use to get infinite lives infinite money etc by nop'ing dec lines
mov means move the data from the thing on the right into the one on the left
ret means return.
