Instant Pickup Hack

Is there such thing as an instant pickup hack , were if lets say someone drops an item i can instantly pick it up without having to wait. Some one on a forum was complaining some one did this,

That doesn't work. That's the old TS1 drop hack method, and it may have worked there but it doesn't work on TS2. Kind of sucks, I could have gotten a ton of **** by now lmao.
