It can be any level. I'd prefer the lowest possible. Any rank, I'd prefer unranked or bronze (lawl). And no skins of course, I just want a blank account with an icon, or as close as it can get.
If you wanna give away such an account or negotiate with me for a price (I mean, it is just an icon, I'm not sure if it is worth anything, but still), I'd be grateful.
