Lookig for 12Sky 1 US Server Source Client & all server/admin tools

Greetings All
I'm looking for 12Sky 1 US server files, client & tools to run my own LAN server just for me. I don't like 12Sky 2. By the way, a video tutorial in any spoken language (so that YouTube will be able to auto translate it), would be awesome. I don't have any experience in setting up a server or a virtual machine. I'm a newbie and learning by doing now. So a step-by-step tutorial for a newbie would be awesome + all the files which are needed would be very awesome. If someone will do a video, it would be nice to have it in English, also the operating system in the video.
