Is there gm commands to make user duel each other no command? i want to use the hall of 4 winds as a pvp event map. can you please teach me how

hi, i tried to use this commands, but at ver 2.5 only /call is working others don't,,, can you help me how or what commands to use for PVP commands at Hall of 4 winds at ver 2.5?
