If you bought your "server files" from someone claiming that these are full server files with db
then you are stupid, you don't even know what to do with these and wasted your money for trash xD...

from a picture your missing a lot more stuff... I wouldn't pay even a $1 for this and even I already have these files, if anyone want I can give for free coz I got them for free anyway.
