Which Version?

Which version of ts2 should i choose to play i want something populated, that has warlord sets, and isnt a snooze fest in war where people are spamming wargod. I dont mind so much putting money into the game that can come with time but i really just dont know which version to decide on hope you guys can help.

This server slow paced game but once you spent your time on it, it feels better than those DOS servers.
