I know a lot of you have already developed some pretty nice things for TS2 already. I have only dabbled in TS2 so far. Its been one of things were I download the game and start leveling a bit, try a few things with olly and then lose interest or something else comes up and I never get back to TS2 until a month later or so.
However I have tried re-building the VAC hack I made for TS1 on TS2 and ran into a problem(this was about a month ago now). I have found everything I need for the hack to work besides one small detail. I need to set a breakpoint in Ollydbg at this point to find what I need to complete the VAC(if it will work at all, I have heard some things that may indicate it won't work). Anyways so far everything seems to be almost the same as TS1 in regards to what I have found so far.
But the problem is this: Everytime I set a Breakpoint with either Olly or CE or any other breakpoint on the running process, Themida will kick in and force the game to crash instantly. Well not exactly instantly. You can set the BP without a crash, but as I get a hit the game just crashes. It is usually a silent crash with no error.
Does anybody have any information they might provide me here? I have tried all Ollydbg plugins that I can find but none prevent this crash.
