You need to get a proxy from the philippines. All you need is to download and create account from their website with a proxy.

To log-in and play the game I don't think you need a proxy.

You don't need Proxy to play but it lags.

I meant proxy for your browser so you can make an account and download.

To log in game you don't need proxy :P
