You may need some GEMs and the same item with the item that you want to reinforce.
You must have:
1. Gem (from shop)
2. Item (from shop)
3. Stone (from drop)
4. Engine (latest CE)
Make sure you has selected main.exe from process and for the scan is Extra Value and Byte.
