First of all, in video it says this is done on Redemption and this video was posted Almost 2 years ago, (Jan 8, 2012).
Second, 12sky2 Aeria was closed, so no one can test it now.
Third, this is probably only client sided hack, so as soon as he teleports or relogs, he'll probably loose all the items and it'll turn back to the Return Scrolls.
So i doubt it'd be any useful even if aeria was up and running. But, i can be wrong
