here someone said to me theres an spawn area he said when u die u dont go to the city but u will spawn in the area when u die

What he's talking about is the no-death hack. When you get killed you respawn where you died.

I'm guessing his point is, to not have to run all over the place. You all know how it is when you gotta run all the way out to a training area and when you die you go back to town. Then you gotta run all the way back out there.

He's just wanting to be able to spawn right where he died, lost exp or not.
