Registration always comes before the client. There is no guarantee you will be chosen to test it anyway.
Just look at waren story at Aeria. Registration comes months before you can actually play the game.

If i understand right , you guys need a 12sky alt1 account ? If so i can give you an 108 lvl Jin which is just sittin there , doin nothing.
