(Dunno how 12sky2 coded their skills, but in 2moons and Rohan the skill cooldowns were controlled by the client. FUN!)

Exactly, its a lot easier to test something that you have direct access to. I am not saying its impossible to do without the skills, its just a whole hell of a lot more productive. For example with the skill execution function I am using, it executes from the skillbar, each skill has its own ID on the skillbar. In order to make my skillbar scannner to detect witch skill is located in each slot on the skillbar, I had to search for specific ID's of skills. It made it a whole lot easier to be able to monitor the skillbar struct in structbuild, and change the skill in the skillbar slot and see what ID showed up. The problem here is the ID that shows up in the skillbar, doesn't match the ID of the skill in the skilllist(at least I think).
