You should have all the teachings required on this topic to find all of those addresses
If you cant find them with that info you need to learn cheat engine + how memory works in games...

those are just an example of what can be found. Test your abilitys and try to find them your self and use them

Can someone give a hint on how to find the destination map id?
And also vac hack doesnt work coz mob positions are checked server side, only the reverse vac works.

Go on an map, search for the map id number in CE.
Go on another map, narrow down search to Changed values.
Then stay on the map, narrow down to Unchanged values.
Go to another map, narrow down the addresses to whose values equal the the new Map's ID. Keep doing this you will eventually find the MapID address.

This is the way to do it if you are a beginner.

Thanks for the explanation but from what i understand, that only gives me my current mapID. What I want to know is how to find the mapID (specifically the address) of where a portal will teleport me to so I can change it to where I want to go.
