I really want it like this .... like in Durarara but dunno how ......

That is kinda modified Shoutbox(Chatbox) with Accounts maybe that helps you out

Not Really.... there are many versions of chatroom but I want a chatroom like this .... so our class has a chatroom which can be used by kids and adults. It has a friendly theme etc. so I thought that may fit (and yeah its with users)

Well i think its a paid chatroom wich rare to found like this one or a chatroom hand made and coded.
