[Help] Fraps??

Hallo!
Ich habe mir fraps heruntergelanden und wenn ich rekorde dann hängt das meistens und ich wollte fragen an was an meinem pc zu schlecht ist für fraps??

Grafikkarte: ATI Radeon HD 5570
Prozessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Arbeitsspeicher: 6144MB RAM
