immortal is to prevent that the wep/equiment brake in case the enchament fail
after +5 +6 + 7 etc.....

Lucky gives you more luck on alchemy so stones and elixirs enter better.

each time luck is use or immortal stops your wep/equipent from braking 1 of the 6 is use and the blues becomes like

immortal (5times) and so on
