This is how the Lottery System works:

1. You buy a Lotto Ticket from Item Mall with Silk.
2. Go to the Lottery Machine & choose your Price (D10 Seal of Sun, GDF, Premium, Avatar Dress & other prices).
3. If you are lucky you will get a Red Vase & the Price you have choosen.
If you are not lucky you will get a Green Vase.
The Green Vase can be exchanged for Random Prices (Potions, Scrolls & other ****** Prices) at the Lottery Guy.

Info:
- The Lottery System is not an Event. It is a new Part of the Game & will probably stay for ever.
- I am not sure about the D10 Seal of Suns but some say they are Repair Invalid.
- The Avatar Dresses which you can win are called White Wing Dress & Black Devil Dress.
- Everytime you dont win a Red Vase you will get a Green Vase. So its either you get a Red Vase or a Green Vase. But in most cases you will probably win a Green Vase.

I wouldnt bet on that.
And probably its not possible to exchange / sell the prices you have won.

Ummm i bet that this sun staff u got from mobs or bought it cuz the stats dont fit with JM drops... they always give u 0% items

its from JM(lotto) because the item is Account Bounded and he has already use it in alchemy{right under(dunno if he used it on the staff)}
