Reasons to not run SRO-R P.serv?

Hello,

I wonder why there are no or not so much Private Servers?
There been a million P-Servers with the regular SRO version but the SRO-R isn't really made that much.

Can someone give me reasons why there are no SRO-R servers?
I dont need a reason like; Cause it sucks..
Im looking for grounded reasons, what is wrong, what is not working properly or do p-servers of SRO-R get taken down by Joymax?

I heard from people that stored procedures are missing..
What are the results of those stored procedures missing ingame?

Hope to find a expert that can tell me those things ^^

There are some SRO-R files released but same as everyone else, if someone knows bugs i'd like to know it before i start it ;-)
