Do you live in Canada/Toronto? and selling a char?
I have 50 bucks cash, and want to buy a char 90+ preferably a str char, the reason i dont do paypal and stuff like that is because net is full of scammers, so link me up, i live in toronto so we can meet up, I know my nickname is wierd  I created it a long time ago to check stuff on this site, so name doesnt matter if you live in toronto and selling ur char email me! thx

I dont see how moneybookers would help him when he is buying a char, not selling.
Normaly sellers should ask for moneybookers, to avoid chargeback after they give the char to the buyer.
