Been thinking about something (debuff lapis)

first off all i use shtool.

for us debuff lapis is stable. so i removed it..

is there a way to change debuff like elemental lapis? if you use 2 they cancel eachother out. is that posible if yes.. how? he he

for the secound part is there a way to add a debuff or 2 in element lapis? let's say fire has debuff for sleep and panic just and example tho..

is there a way ? what to change?
