Way to change skins?

Is there a way to change the skins of the clothes or a face? For example to change a shirt's color to green (only in my pc)?

and hgwc was not created to stop skin changing.
it was created to stop the "hacker wave" but it detect all changed files

it don't exist a public bypass for hgwc
only for xtrap
but you need to bypass the hgwc

Jo is auch iwie kake das es nicht mehr funzt (S4 macht ohne Hacks einfach keinen spaß <.<), aber für die Leute die ernst spielen wollen ist es gut, dass nicht so viele Kiddys auf 0815 Pro Hacker machen können...
