Where do i get the .bat file? i dont see it when i exract it o_o

the rm thingy>well i just wanted to say with this that if someone like me from germany connects with the rm who lives in spain that i'll lag not only for him but for every other person thats from spain. No need to be Rude.


spain can be replaced with every other country because everywhere can distance lag be found

the up-time>every server that i played on was after sometime empty and got shutdown bc ppl are being bored of the old s4 (some ppl srsly prefer s4 eu) or don't wanna play coz of lag^ there gonna leave and the server will slowly die.
