ok step for step

1. Create a new S4 League account.
2. Log in, in you new S4 League account.
3. click on the "help" tap.
4. click on support request.
5. Press on "submit a ticket".
6. Choose a Department and press next.
7. and then provide them information about your account ( like you ID,forum name, last password, last log in, etc... )
