Changing Sets with the ID Changer, How?

With the new update which seems to have a lot less coding, there seems to be nothing to change for simple-minded value users like myself.

How exactly can we change clothing ID's with the new version? o:

Reading what I said might actually make you look less dumb. <.>

The ID changer has been updated, so it no longer has the Master Set Values, so me, and others, don't know how to change them to what we want.
