[Request] Quick Runescape Question

What is the MOST complete runescape source with all of the skills working, capes, that is MOST like the real runescape.

I have setup many servers and used several sources but all of them are either **** , small, messed up, so reconfigured that its not even worth changing everything back.

I just want a source that is as close to the original as possible, with as many things working as possible, I can fix the rest but I want a nice base to work with.

Deltascape source is pretty modified but most of the things you try works.

Thanks alot bro,

Is there any guides you would recommend for adding to modifying sources?

I have done some limited stuff before like modify gm commands and privileges but this is something I would like to get more involved with.
