i have found to go in Firefox to Website from Rappelz Korea. I live in Germany and Korea have a IP Filter. Yet i will say my way to go to this Website^^

1.) Go to this Website :
2.) Download this

 Spoiler

3.) Install Hola-Setup.exe
4.) Download and install the Firefox addon
5.) Go to the right Site from your Firefox Browser and click on this Symbol

6.) click on Site http and take the link from Rappelz Korea and turn Enter Button on Keyboard
