I have downloaded many files and I do not know what to do or where do I start from

I have downloaded from this website

so please help me how can I create a private server so I can play alone and do what i want
can someone please do it with pictures or video, because I can get the real help

Why nobody just say to him there's NO working server file available, and there's NO way to run a server on his own?
