Did you install .NET 4.5?
Also, you shouldn't be running XP anymore, it's not supported in general (means: Microsoft).

Bringing this to the top again, there have been a few patches by now!

tl;dr:
Nightfury went live, added instanced farm dungeon, added Parallel World, Iron Knight now available in game, changes to drops and way more!

Need to watch your players on Infinite Darkness coming to other private servers saying server suks and to come to Infinite Darkness its 10x better ...this is not appropriate behavior. tyvm . just letting you know what your players are doing.

I heard about it today, one of our staff members told me.
Sadly I can't tell them what to do since it's their decision, but I'll take actions against it as long as people can provide proofs for that with that users name on IF.
As I said in a different thread here, I'm not a fan of "de-promoting" from other servers and I/we do not approve of this.

Thank you Xijezu, you sound like a very nice person. Zandy was one of the names he came in with, I muted him then he continued to make new chars to keep doing it lol...Zelek was another...but is ok, that account was banned so hopefully it stops....and hope all goes well for you on your end, have a great day.

Enjoying this server, there are some very nice people playing it.

Wish you had d1 MC gear in npc as cube dp's are non existent, at least you could then build your way up, higher players could still make cash selling d2 and d3 gear.

Otherwise it's a fun server, hope it stays around for a long time.

Update:
We just moved to a new host which is way more powerful than the old one.
This reduced the lag for some people and also, oddly, fixed some bugs (as example the bugged buff/debuff duration).
Also:
On Sunday there will be a new patch. Stay tuned!

The new host is rock solid. I'm very impressed with this new Rappelz private server. Been playing for around a month, and must say that I am very, very pleased with the regular patches, GMs always available in game, and the forum activity. This is a very promising server, and I look forward to playing on it for a very long time. Thank you guys for creating such a nice environment to have fun in.

My honest thoughts of the Server.out of all the servers i have tried and played on in the past .i can honestly say Darkness Fight Rates as one of the best Private servers ive been on.alot have come and gone over the years.and none have brought the kind of play like this one has..the Staff are very helpful and listen to ideas of the players to try making a better gaming Experience for everyone.so come join the best Rappelz Private server around.

I love this server! I have been on many private servers, and the staff on this server are very helpful. Xijezu is awesome and very talented. New content is always coming out. Custom pets and gear, and great features that I have not seen on any other servers. They welcome input for improvements and changes, and have great communication about when changes and updates will be implemented. The player base is growing, so come and enjoy this great server!
