Rappelz PVP Zoning

Hello, I was wondering if there is any way to put pvp into specific areas and block it in others. IE. No pk in dungeons/Horizon. Or even to limit PK to a specific area.
Searched here but the search function seems a bit lacking in that area. (PVP is too short to search for)

There are several threads discussing about that. WorldResource -> location_type
