I think you can but with 1 region (for example jangan only)
But you will find it very hard to run client with server files

Hm...so i can't teleport to another region and if ill do it i will get disconnect or something ?

Hello.
I think you can run with 1 region(You have to disable others from database so when you click to teleport won't teleport)
But very very laggy.I mean it will take years to get ingame and do stuff while server is on.
You'll get easily ****** off because it moves in low frames.
If I were you I wouldn't bother trying.

1GB of RAM probably won't even be able to open up all the files (loginserver, agentserver etc etc) without crashing your pc. let alone getting ingame :P

Thanks for all answers guys,i apreciate your efforts for telling me what's going on with the server for my req.
Maybe in the future ill be more prepared with a fcking good PC to test it.
